What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?
If the product you wish to purchase is out of stock on our online store, you may also contact us for assistance.
Can I make changes to an order?
You may make changes only to OPEN ORDERS. Open orders are orders that have been placed that have not yet been processed for delivery and/or have not yet been shipped yet. If you wish to make changes to an order you have already submitted, please contact us immediately.
How do I use my promo code / coupon with my order?
If you have a valid promo /coupon codes you may use it upon check-out of your order. Enter it in the allocated area when you checkout to apply this to your order. Please note promo / coupon codes are case-sensitive.
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, when prompted select guest checkout when you proceed to checkout your shopping cart. This will allow you can make a purchase without signing up for a customer account.
Do you accept international orders and delivery?
Imarflex operates only in the Philippines. We only ship to select provinces and cities in the Philippines.

What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
Imarflex accepts the following forms of payment thru Maya for online orders as payment provider.
1. Major credit cards
2. Maya straight payments
3. Online banking transfers
4. E-wallets (PayMaya, Gcash etc.)
You will be redirected to our payment gateway provider to select and process your preferred payment method.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery at this time.
Do you offer installment payments?
We currently do not offer or accept installment payments. All orders (including shipping fees, if any) must be paid for in full.

Do you ship orders nationwide in the Philippines?
Yes, we ship nationwide to select provinces and cities in the Philippines.
When do you process orders?
Orders are processed daily until 12noon from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10AM, on weekends or during holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Please allow us 3-5 working days from time of placing your for delivery of your orders.
Can I pick up my order from your store / office?
No, currently we do not provide or accept an order pickup option.
