Baked Potato

A baked potato is a simple yet satisfying dish where a whole potato is cooked in a turbo broiler until its skin becomes crisp and its interior soft and fluffy. It’s often topped with a variety of ingredients such as butter, cheese and bacon, making it a versatile side dish or main meal.

2pcs. Medium-size potatoes
2tbsp. Evaporated Milk
Butter
Grated Cheese
Chopped Bacon

1. Wash and scrub the potatoes well.
2. Cook in the turbo broiler for 10 minutes.
3. Cut a thin slice from the top of each potato. Using a spoon, scrape and remove pulp from each potato, leaving a thin shell.
4. Mash potato pulp, add butter and milk, mix well.
5. Whip potato mixture until light and fluffy.
6. Spoon mixture into shells and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
7. Bake in turbo broiler for 20 to 30 minutes at 450°F / 230°C.
