Beef Hamburger
A beef hamburger is a classic sandwich featuring a juicy ground beef patty, seasoned and grilled to perfection, served on a toasted bun. It’s often topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments like ketchup or mustard, making it a versatile and satisfying meal.
1/4kg. Beef, ground
1 Clove onion, minced
4 tbsp. Milk
1pc. Egg
1tsp. Sugar
1tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Form into patties (about 2 1/4-inch diameter or approximately 1/4 cup of the mixture each).
3. Place on top of the turbo rack or the Turbo Broiler.
4. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F / 175°C.
