Chicken Fingers

Chicken fingers are breaded and fried strips of chicken breast, offering a crispy exterior with tender, juicy meat inside. They are a popular snack or meal option, often served with dipping sauces like honey mustard, barbecue, or ranch for added flavor.

Good for 4 to 6 persons

Chicken Breast, cut into strips
60 g. Bread Crumbs
1 pc. Egg, beaten

Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. Cut the chicken breast into 3-inch strip.
2. Dip the sliced chicken breast into the beaten egg and roll it in the bread crumbs.
3. Preheat the turbo fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
4. After preheating, put the chicken fingers into the frying basket and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C or until chicken turns into golden brown.
5. Best service with rice.
