Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets are bite-sized pieces of breaded and deep-fried or baked chicken, offering a crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior. They are a popular fast food item, often served with dipping sauces like barbecue, honey mustard, or sweet and sour for added flavor.

Good for 3 to 4 persons

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 pcs. Boneless Chicken (Breast Part) cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1pc. Egg
Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. Water

Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Shake well.
2. Add the sliced chicken pieces into the resealable plastic bag with flour and toss to coat.
3. Put the bread crumbs into a rimmed plate and season with salt and pepper.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and water.
5. Roll each piece of chicken on the flour mixture and dip into the egg mixture then gently press the chicken into the bread crumbs and place it on a clean plate.
6. Preheat the turbo fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
7. After preheating, put the nuggets into the frying basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
8. Best serve with rice.
