Chinese Style Spare Ribs
Chinese-style spare ribs are tender pork ribs marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and spices. They are slow-cooked or roasted until caramelized and sticky, offering a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and umami flavors.
1kg. Pork Spareribs, split
1tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup water
1. Combine all ingredients and marinate spareribs for 2 hours.
2. Place the marinated spareribs on top of the Turbo Rack. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender at 375°F / 190°C.
2. Brush with marinade once in a while.
