1. Plug the Imarflex Stand Mixer into the convenience outlet.
2. Using the beater attachments of the mixer, combine the melted butter and both sugars. Add the eggs to the butter mixture and mix it well.
3. Dump the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt into the wet ingredients. Mix until combined, with the mixer at the lowest speed.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips into the batter, mix until evenly distributed.
5. Bake for 25 minutes using the 3in1 Convection and Rotisserie Oven (IT-420CRS) or until the eggs start to turn golden brown.
