Crispy Crablets
Crispy crablets are small, whole soft-shell crabs that are seasoned and deep-fried until golden and crispy. They offer a crunchy texture with a delicate, sweet flavor from the crab meat, making them a popular snack or appetizer.
Good for 2 to 4 persons
1kg. Crablets, cleaned
1/2 tbsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Cooking time: 10 minutes
1. Put the crablets in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, set aside.
2. Preheat the Turbo Fryer to 160°C for 5 minutes.
3. After preheating, put the crablets into the frying basket and cook for 10 minutes 160°C.
4. Best serve with vinegar sauce.
