Crispy Pata

Crispy pata is a Filipino dish made from deep-fried pig's trotters, known for its golden, crunchy skin and tender, juicy meat. Often served with a vinegar-based dipping sauce, it’s a flavorful and indulgent dish enjoyed during special occasions or family gatherings.

Good for 4 to 6 persons

1 pc. Pata
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Cooking time: 60 minutes

1. Rub the pata with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat the turbo fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
3. After preheating, put the pata into the frying basket and cook for 30 minutes at 200°C or until pata turns into golden brown.
4. Best service with rice and sweet chili dipping sauce.
