Cooking time: 30 minutes
1. Unwrapped the tofu, pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2. Slice tofu into 1-inch thick cubes.
3. Preheat the turbo fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
4. After preheating, put the tofu into the frying basket and cook for 30 minutes at 200°C or until tofu turns golden brown.
5. Best serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
