Embutido

Embutido is a type of sausage found in Spain, Portugal (where it is called chido), the Philippines, and Latin America.

Great source of Protein, Calcium and Vitamin A which is good for eyesight.

Good for 8 to 10 persons

1/2kg. Ground Pork
1 can / 210 g. Vienna Sausage
50g. Raisins
3pcs. Boiled Eggs (Shell removed)
1/2 cup Cheese, grated
2tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Carrots
1tsp. Salt
1tsp. Ground Pepper
2tbsp. Onion
1tbsp. Garlic
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1tbsp. Liquid Seasoning
1tbsp. Pickle Relish
1cup Water

Procedure

1. Using the Imarflex Food Processor (IPF-500S) chopper attachment, process green bell pepper, garlic, onion and carrots, transfer into a separate bowl then add ground pork, sausage, raisins,
bread crumbs, pickle relish, water and liquid seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

2. In a 6-inch foil, put the combined ingredients then fold to form a loaf. Wrap boiled egg in the center.

3. Put 2 cups of water into the Imarflex Turbo Cooker inner pot then put the steamer.

4. Place the wrapped ingredients on the steamer.

5. Close the cover and slide to the left to lock.

6. Plug the Imarflex Turbo Cooker (IPC-600D) into the convenience outlet.

7. Press the STEAM/SOUP button, default time (15 minutes) will appear on the LCD.

8. The icon will start blinking and will automatically heat up.

9. When the timer is done, tilt the Pressure Regulator Valve to release the pressure inside.

10. Slide the cover to the right and pull up to open

11. Remove the cooked food from the pot then unwrap

12. Transfer into a serving plate. Best serve hot.
