Fish Loaf
Fish loaf is a savory, baked dish made from ground fish mixed with breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings, shaped into a loaf and then cooked until firm. It’s often served with a side of vegetables or a light sauce, offering a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional meatloaf.
1/2 kg. Fish, boiled
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Shrimps, shelled
3pcs. Eggs.
2 cups Bread crumbs
4tbsp. Water
2tbsp. Calamansi juice
1pc. Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat turbo broiler for 5 minutes at 375°F / 190°C.
2. Grease baking pan. Flake fish and remove the bones.
3. Blend in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Spoon lightly into greased pan.
5. Cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake in the turbo broiler at 350°F / 175°C for 45 minutes. Serve.
