Lasagna

Lasagna is a classic Italian dish made by layering flat pasta sheets with rich meat or vegetable sauce, creamy ricotta, and melted cheese. It's baked to perfection, resulting in a hearty, flavorful casserole that's perfect for sharing.

1/4kg. Ground Beef
1/4kg. Ground Pork
8pcs. Lasagna Noodles
6 cups water
2tbsp. Butter or oil
1 clove onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1 can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Bring 6 cups of water to boil with butter or oil.
2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
3. Add the lasagna noodles and boil for 20 minutes. Set aside.
4. Heat cooking oil or butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic and onions.
5. Add ground beef and ground pork. Stir in tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.
6. In a overproof glass (2 inches deep), arrange alternately layers of lasagna noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat laters until lasagna is all used. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Bake in turbo broiler for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F / 175°C.
