Cooking time: 20 minutes
1. In a bowl, separate the egg yolk from egg white.
2. In a separate bowl, dissolve sugar in evaporated and condensed milk, pour in the egg yolk.
3. Using the Imarflex Hand mixer (IMX-250) heat until the mixture is well-blended.
4. Strain the mixture and pour it into the pan (llanera) then cover with foil.
5. Put 1 cup of water into the Imarflex turbo cooker inner pot then put the steamer to elevate the pans.
6. Place the pans with mixture into the rack.
7. Close the cover and slide to the left to lock.
8. Plug the Imarflex Turbo Cooker (IPC-600D) into the convenience outlet.
9. Press the STEAM/SOUP button, the default time (15 minutes) will appear on the LCD.
10. Adjust the time to 20 minutes by pressing '+' button.
11. The icon will start blinking and will automatically heat up.
12. When the timer is done, tilt the pressure regulator valve to release the pressure inside.
13. Slide the cover to the right and pull up to open.
14. Chill for 10 minutes then serve.
