Lemon Garlic Salmon

Lemon garlic salmon is a flavorful dish where fresh salmon fillets are seasoned with a tangy lemon marinade and aromatic garlic, then baked in an air fryer oven to perfection. The result is a tender, flaky fish with a bright, zesty flavor and a rich, savory finish.

2 tbsp. Melted Butter
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
4 (6 ounce) fillets center-cut Salmon Fillets with skin
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
6 thin slices Lemon, cut in half

1. Preheat the Imarflex Turbo Air Fryer (CVO-303FTR) at 230°C for 5 minutes, with the air-fry function.
2. Put the lemon juice in a small bowl. Add the melted butter and minced garlic and stir to combine.
3. Rinse salmon fillets and dry with a paper towel. Brush with lemon-butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Place salmon fillets in the air frying basket, skin-side down, and top each with 3 lemon halves then place onto the grill rack.
5. Air fry at 200°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the turbo air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
