Mashed Potato
Mashed Potato is a dish prepared by mashing boiled potatoes. Recipes started appearing no later than 1747 with an entry in the art of cooker by hannah glasse.
Great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Phosphorous.
Good for 4 persons
1/2kg. Potato, peeled (cut into half)
25g. Butter
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1tsp. Salt
1tsp. Pepper
50ml. Water
20g. Spring Onion (Optional)
Cooking time: 15 minutes
1. Wash the potato, peel and cut into half.
2. Put water into the Imarflex Turbo Cooker inner pot and top it with rack.
3. Place the peeled potato into the rack.
4. Close the cover and slide to the left to lock.
5. Plug the Imarflex Turbo Cooker (IPC-600D) into the convenience outlet.
6. Press the MENU button and select BABY'S FOOD. The default time (8 minutes) will appear on the LCD.
7. Adjust the time to 15 minutes by pressing '+' button.
8. The icon will start blinking and will automatically heat up.
9. When the timer is done, tilt the pressure regulator valve to release the pressure inside.
10. Slide the cover to the right and pull up to open.
11. Remove the rack in the inner pot.
12. Mash the potato inside the inner pot.
13. Stir the mashed potato with butter, salt, pepper and milk.
14. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle with spring onion.
