Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni pizza is a classic Italian-American dish featuring a crispy, thin crust topped with tangy tomato sauce, melted cheese, and a generous layer of spicy, savory pepperoni slices. It’s a popular and satisfying pizza choice known for its perfect combination of cheesy goodness and bold pepperoni flavor.

1 (max 11-inch) Pizza Dough
5 tbsp. Pizza Sauce
1 cup quick-melt cheese, grated
1 tsp. Oregano, optional
1/2 tsp. Pepper
18-20 slices Pepperoni

1. Plug the Imarflex 3 in1 Convection and Rotisserie Oven (IT-420CRS) into the convenience outlet.
2. Preheat at 230°C for both the UPPER and LOWER temperature, set the FUNCTION to off.
3. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza crust, spread evenly.
4. Top pizza with pepperoni slices, fresh oregano and pepper.
5. Sprinkle the quick-melt cheese on top and place it on the pizza pan, on top of the grill rack.
6. Set the temperature of the UPPER to 180°C and the LOWER to 100°C.
7. Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and crust is fully cooked.
