Pork Belly

Pork belly cooked in an air fryer is a quick and easy way to achieve a crispy, golden-brown exterior while keeping the meat tender and juicy inside. The air fryer circulates hot air to cook the pork belly evenly, making it a healthier alternative to traditional frying without sacrificing flavor or texture.

400g. Pork Belly
1/2 tbsp. Sea salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

1. Rub the Pork belly with salt and pepper, set aside.
2. Preheat the Imarfle Turbo Air Fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes, with the air-fry function.
3. After preheating, roll the pork belly at the center of the rotisserie fork then tie the roll close with butcher twine about every inch.
4. Place the pork belly inside the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 200°C or until pork turns into golden brown.
5. Best serve with rice and lechon sauce.
