Pork Chop

Turbo broiled pork chop is a juicy and flavorful dish made by cooking seasoned pork chops in a turbo broiler, which ensures even cooking and a crispy exterior. This method locks in the natural juices, making it a quick and healthier alternative to traditional frying.

1kg. Porkchop
1tbsp. Fish Sauce
2tbsp. Sugar
2tbsp. Calamansi Juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Barbeque Marinade
Sesame seeds

1. Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds and marinate the porkchop.
2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning meat occasionally.
3. Drain and reserve marinade.
4. Place porkchop on top of the high turbo rack of the Turbo Broiler.
5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until done at 350°F / 175°C.
6. Brush with marinade occasionally.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
