1. Cover potatoes with water and let it soak for 30 minutes.
2. Drain and pat dry with paper towel. Drizzle with oil.
3. Plug the Imarflex Digital Air Fryer (CVO-435DB) into the convenience outlet. Press the Start button to turn ON the air fryer. The default temperature and time will appear on the display.
4. Press TEP/TIMER once, press the '+' 4 times to set it to 200°C.
5. Press TEMP/TIMER again, press '-' 10 times to set it to 5 minutes for preheating.
6. Press START to start the preheating process.
7. Put the potatoes in the fryer basket.
8. Press START button to turn ON the air fryer.
9. The Default temperature of 180°C and time of 15 minutes will appear.
10. Press START to start the cooking process.
11. Cook, tossing every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
12. Sprinkle with salt and desired seasoning afterwards.
