1. Shell and pat dry the shrimp.
2. Divide the shrimp into two equal protion. Chop the other half.
3. Combine the chopped shrimps, salt, egg white, pepper and cornstarch. Add ground pork. Refrigerate.
4. Trim bread. Dip shirmps with tail in egg, put on top of the bread, cover with the mixture leaving the tail out.
5. Cook in the turbo broiler for 10 minutes at 350°F / 175°C.
6. Brush with egg white once.
