Roast Beef

Roast Beef is a dish of beef which is roasted in an oven. In the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, and Australia, roast beef is one of the meats traditionally served at Sunday dinner, although it is also often served as a cold cut in delicatessen stores, usually in sandwiches.

Great source of Protein and Iron, low in Calories, saturated fat and carbohydrates.

Good for 8 to 10 persons

1kg. Beef Steak, sliced
2pcs. Medium size Onion, cut into half
2pcs. Carrots
12pcs. Potato Marbles
2 stalks Celery
1 clove Garlic
1tbsp. Salt
1tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1tsp. Thyme
1tsp. Rosemary
1tbsp. Basil
1tbsp. Olive Oil

Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. Wash all vegetables and chop roughly.
2. Pile the vegetables, garlic and herbs inot Imarflex Turbo Cooker inner pot and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Put the beef on top of the vegetables inside the pot.
4. Close the cover and slide to the left to lock.
5. Close the cover and slide to the left to lock.
6. Plug the Imarflex Turbo Cooker (IPC-600D) into the convenience outlet.
7. Press the ROASTING/BAKE button, the default time (20 minutes) will appear on the LCD.
8. Adjust the time to 30 minutes by pressing the '+' button.
9. The icon will start blinking and will automatically heat up.
10. When the timer is done, tilt the Pressure Regulator Valve to release the pressure inside.
11. Slide the cover to the right and pull up to open.
12. Place the roasted beef on a serving plate and garnish with vegetables. Best serve hot.
