Roasted Chicken

Roast chicken is a classic dish where a whole chicken is seasoned with herbs, spices, and sometimes marinades, then slow-cooked in a turbo broiler until the skin is golden and crispy. The result is tender, juicy meat with a flavorful, aromatic crust, making it a beloved and versatile meal option.

1pc. Whole Chicken
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Basil leaves, ground
1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
2. Place the chicken in the turbo rack or the turbo broiler.
3. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F / 175°C or until chicken is well done.
