1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
2. Rinse the beef short ribs and dry with a paper towel.
3. Place the beef into the Imarflex 8 in1 Digital Multi-cooker (IRM-1808DS).
4. Stir in soy sauce mixture until well combined.
5. Close the lid and plug the multi-cooker into the convenience outlet.
6. Press the SLOW COOK 'LOW' button once. The default time is 8 hours.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds, if desired.
