Spring Roll

Turbo fryer spring rolls are a popular snack where filled, wrapped rolls are cooked in a turbo fryer, giving them a crispy, golden texture without the excess oil. The air circulation ensures an even cook, making the spring rolls perfectly crunchy while preserving the flavorful filling inside.

Good for 3 to 4 persons

2 lbs. Ground Pork
1/2 cup Green Onions, minced
1 cup Carrots, minced
1 cup Onion, minced
1/4 cup Parsley, minced
1pc. Egg
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
50 pcs. Spring roll wrapper

Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, add egg. Mix well.
2. Wrap about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture in a spring roll wrapper.
3. Preheat the Turbo Fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
4. After preheating, put the spring roll into the frying basket and cook for 20 minutes at 200°C or until the spring roll turns into golden brown.
5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
