Steamed Fish
Steamed fish is a healthy and delicate dish where the fish is seasoned with herbs, spices, and sometimes wine, then gently steamed to retain its natural flavors and tenderness. It’s often garnished with fresh herbs, making it a flavorful, moist, and nutritious meal.
1pc. Whole Lapu-Lapu
1tsp. Wine
1tsp. Butter or margarine
2pcs. Lemon or calamansi juice
4pcs. Onion rings
3 stalks celery or parsley
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1. Rub fish with salt and pepper.
2. Place fish on an aluminum foil.
3. Squeeze the lemon or calamansi juice all over the fish.
4. Put the remaining ingredients on top of the fish.
5. Wrap with foil and place on top of the turbo rack.
6. Cook for 20 minutes at 450°F / 230°C in the turbo broiler.
