Stuffed Fish (Relyenong Bangus)

Relyenong Bangus is a Filipino dish made by stuffing boneless bangus (milkfish) with a flavorful mixture of sautéed vegetables, ground meat, and spices. The stuffed fish is then battered and cooked in a turbo broiler, resulting in a crispy outer layer and a deliciously savory filling inside.

1pc. Big Bangus
1/4kg. Ground Pork
2tbsp. Flour, dissolved in water
2pcs. Egg
3pcs. Tomatoes, chopped
1 small box of Raisins
1pc. Red pepper, chopped
2tbsp. Cooking oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 clove onion, minced
1/4cup Green peas
Sale and Pepper, to taste

1. Debone the fish after cleaning.
2. Boil the fish meat.
3. Remove all spines in the flesh.
4. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
5. Saute garlic and onion, add tomatoes, then mix in ground pork.
6. Add flesh of the fish, red pepper, green peas and raisins. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add the flour solution and blend in eggs.
8. Stuff the fish with the mixture. Close the opening.
9. Put on top of the turbo rack of the Turbo Broiler.
10. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 375°F / 190°C.
