Only products purchased from our online store (www.imarflex.com) are accepted for return or refund. We only accept the conditions:
1. All request for return or exchange are subject for approval and must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the item.
2. The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange.
a. Change of mind.
b. Duplicate order.
c. Defects due to misused or mishandling of items by customer.
d. Warranty conditions on the Warranty Card shall apply.
e. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store.
3. Request must be made thru our website or email to customersupport@imarflex.ph with the following information to avoid any delays in the review and approval process.
a. Reason for return, including photos or videos of the issue/item
b. Your Order ID or the receipt
c. Your Name, Email, Address, and Phone Number.
4. All documents or files sent will be forwarded to our technical or service team for assessment.
5. Within Metro Manila, we will arrange schedule for pick-up once approved for return by our approving team.
6. The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process before replacement or your refund can be processed.
7. Imarflex reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if we did not receive the item.
8. Item for return or exchange due to manufacturing defect must be:
a. In good condition as delivered, and in its original packaging such as styro, carton, plastic.
1. Complete with manual and accessories.
b. Together with Original Proof of Purchase.
9. Items due to:
a. Missing part /accessories, will be provided.
b. Wrong item shipped, within Metro Manila, we will schedule pullout and replacement of the item.
10. Payment Transactions and Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. The form of refund will be based on the mode of payment used upon item purchase.
a. If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via Store Credit and your original payment method.
b. Debit reversals bank may charge a processing fee that could affect the amount of your refund. You may contact you bank/card issuer.
12. Item/s return or exchange request shall be evaluated accordingly prior to approval.
13. Processing of refund shall take 15 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 30 banking days (depending on your billing cycle) for credit card payments, which includes bank processing.
