Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday, all orders placed after 12:00 P.M., during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed once we have confirmed receipt of payment for the order. We may reach out to a customer if there is a need for further information in order to confirm payment of an order.
Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the order tracking number provided to you. Your order will be prepared for shipping once it has been processed.
Imarflex operates only in the Philippines. We only ship to select provinces and cities in the Philippines.
Orders are sealed and delivered within 3-5 business days for areas within Metro Manila. For areas outside Metro Manila, orders may take up to 7 business days for delivery (dependent on courier and delivery address)
There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, holiday season, typhoon, force majeure and fortuitous events.
For orders that are unsuccessfully delivered: If the order is already processed, with maximum delivery of 3 attempts reached for the following reasons, and the customer is requesting for redelivery - charges will apply.
- Customer is not responsive via text, call, and email
- Provided the incorrect cellphone number upon ordering
- Provided an incomplete or wrong delivery address upon ordering
- No receiver of the order
